My motivation for becoming an entrepreneur in 2018 was driven by a desire to make a positive impact on society - our company's WHY. A motivation all four founders of Globus.ai shared. Having our "why" in mind, together with industry leaders we have developed the Globus solution that allows recruiters to focus more on activities that result in more people getting into jobs and less on time-consuming administrative tasks.
I am proud and humbled to be a part of an industry that makes such a significant impact on people's daily lives. By enabling recruiters to do more of the work they love, and by connecting candidates with relevant job opportunities, we are improving the quality of life for many individuals. As we look back on 2022, it is clear that our efforts have made a difference.
The Globus platform has contributed to some impressive numbers:
🚀 more than 2.5 million shifts and work assignments were automatically created at our platform and pulled from different sources of unstructured requests (emails, portals, phone calls, etc.)
🚀 almost 200,000 candidates were connected with relevant jobs using AI matching and automation
🚀 11,000 full-time employees were able to carry out their profession in a variety of important roles.
These results were made possible by combining the human skills of recruiters with smart technology. By focusing on our "why" and purpose, we have been able to make a real and tangible positive impact on society. If you are intrigued by the idea of contributing to making a positive impact I strongly urge you to take a look at our career site. We are constantly looking for talents who share our passion for WHY.
